1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time by posting changes to this page.

2. Product Authenticity & PTA Status

  • 100% PTA Approved: All cellular phones and devices sold on MobiMART are officially tax-paid and registered with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) via DIRBS. We do not sell non-PTA, grey-market, or temporary SIM-bypass handsets.
  • Original Stock: All items are guaranteed authentic, brand-new, and sealed in original manufacturer packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Official Warranty: Devices eligible for brand warranty are supported directly by authorized manufacturer service centers across Pakistan.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer nationwide Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Payment must be made in full cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
  • Pricing Errors: While we strive for complete accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, MobiMART reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order before dispatch.

4. Order Confirmation and Shipping

  • Verification: Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed via phone call or SMS before shipment.
  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes approximately 24 to 48 hours for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) and 2 to 4 business days for other regional areas.
  • Courier Inspection: Customers should examine the exterior of the package for any signs of tampering before accepting delivery. Courier operating policy requires payment collection before opening the flyer.

5. Returns and Replacements

We provide a 7-Day Easy Return Policy. If you receive an incorrect item or an unopened product that you wish to return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. For complete details, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

MobiMART is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Product operational warranties are provided directly by respective manufacturers in accordance with their terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
